The Commercial Publishing department of the TX Group faced several challenges in its project management:

- The existing monday.com installation was running on US servers, which did not meet current data protection requirements

Solution
To overcome these challenges, monday.com was implemented as a central platform for the entire project management. The implementation took place in several strategic phases:
