Initial situation
The ONO Eye Centre was looking for ways to further digitalise and optimise its already functioning HR processes. As a growing company in the healthcare sector, the centre wanted to take its HR management to the next level. The existing processes were to be supplemented by an integrated solution that would improve the following aspects:
- An even clearer presentation of all applicants for more efficient candidate selection
- Stronger structuring of the job entry process for more consistency
- A time-saving way to create checklists for the onboarding of new employees and the offboarding of departing employees
- Optimised recording and processing of personnel mutations
Solution
We developed a comprehensive HR management solution with the no-code tool monday.com, which covers the entire employee cycle. With monday.com work management, a centralised system was implemented for the administration of job advertisements, applications, onboarding and offboarding processes as well as personnel mutations.
A special application board enables efficient handling of the entire application process, including the organisation of interviews and the documentation of internal assessments of candidates.
Thanks to the additional integration of monday.com Workforms, applications can now be submitted directly via a form on the customer website. Departments can register new job requirements internally using forms, which are then transferred to a structured approval process.
Extensive automation in monday.com ensures that recurring tasks run automatically: Checklists for onboarding and offboarding are created automatically, application data is automatically deleted after the legal deadlines have expired in accordance with data protection regulations, and all relevant steps are initiated automatically in the event of personnel mutations.
