Office LAB is much more than a conventional coworking provider. As a workplace provider, the company supports companies in creating inspiring working environments for their employees. In Switzerland, Office LAB offers a wide range of workspaces, including co-working spaces, team offices, meeting and conference rooms, as well as customised concepts for individual office requirements.
With eight locations and a broad-based marketing mix, Office LAB faced the challenge of efficiently managing different budgets and numerous marketing channels. The marketing measures included:

- Filter options by location to clearly display transparent budgets and planned activities.
- Automatic budget linking, in which marketing costs are compared with the budgets.
- Dashboard with Gantt widget to visualise all activities per location on a timeline.
- Extension with marketing accounting accounts to analyse costs and budgets in real time.
- Annually scalable template to ensure efficient reuse and a clean data structure.
