An authority of the Canton of Zurich commissioned us to clearly display and evaluate the data of its projects, orders and certification of external companies.
Solution
Through the implementation of monday.com, a specific structure for data management was developed and an interface to the internal project management tool was created, which enables comprehensive evaluation. Over 2500 data records with a total of 80,000 attributes are currently synchronized. The department heads can now see the status of the projects at a glance and can react accordingly to the progress. Following the successful implementation, the team received specific training for their areas of responsibility. To ensure that the Canton of Zurich can work smoothly, the department will of course continue to be supported by us in ongoing operations even after the project has been completed, and optimizations will be implemented on an ongoing basis.
