Initial situation
Fieldwork AG was faced with the challenge of restructuring its sales process and establishing a centralised platform for customer management. There was a lack of a standardised solution for managing leads from various sources such as events and other channels. In addition, seamless integration with the existing ERP system qLine had to be ensured in order to efficiently organise the management of over 6,000 contacts and 2,000 companies.
Solution
In a two-month implementation project, monday.com was introduced as the central CRM system. The particular challenge lay in the synchronisation with the local ERP system qLine, which was implemented via a secure SFTP server. With the help of Make and Xano, an automated process was developed that automatically updates new and changed company and contact data in monday.com.
Blinno took on both the strategic consulting for the optimal system structure and the technical implementation. The system was expanded to include automated email follow-ups after offers have been sent and now enables the centralised capture and management of leads from various sources such as events and other channels.
