Initial situation
Monthly invoicing at Cognito Fiduciary was a time-consuming, manual process. Time recording was done in MOCO, while invoicing was carried out in Bexio. The manual transfer of time entries, invoice creation and dispatch took up an entire working day each month. This time-consuming manual work tied up valuable resources that could be put to better use elsewhere.
Solution
We developed an integrated automation solution that seamlessly connects the various systems:
- Implementation of automatic synchronisation of company addresses between monday.com, Bexio and MOCO using Make to ensure data consistency across all systems.
- Development of an automated workflow for invoicing that can be controlled directly from monday.com.
- Automatic transfer of all unbilled time bookings per customer to Bexio with correct assignment of customer-specific conditions.
- Integration of automatic e-mail generation with invoice and detailed time sheet attached.
- Setup for triggering the entire invoicing process from monday.com
