ABO Energy is an international leader in the development of renewable energy projects. The company covers all phases of the value chain - from planning and financing to construction supervision and organisation. ABO Energy is currently active in 16 countries on four continents.
By the beginning of 2024, ABO Energy was managing more than 1,000 active contracts for renewable energy projects in various decentralised systems. This led to numerous challenges:

The implementation of a central contract management solution with monday.com optimised all processes:
- Integration of over 5,000 stakeholders in a central CRM system, with automatic categorisation and prioritisation according to project relevance.
- Digitisation and centralisation of more than 1,000 contracts, with automatic deadline monitoring and escalation management.
- Development of over 200 customised automations with monday.com & Make to manage notifications, document updates and stakeholder communication.
- Implementation of a real-time dashboard that monitors all 200+ active projects with KPI tracking.
